This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the "Start with a pilot" contact form on this site, and what this site's analytics collect.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect the information you provide — your name, work email, company and role, industry, the report or decision you describe, how it is handled today, the cost of getting it wrong, and what a pilot would have to prove — along with basic technical details such as the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to evaluate whether a pilot makes sense and to respond to you. We do not use it for advertising or for any unrelated marketing.

Do we sell it

No. Your information is not sold, and it is not added to a marketing list.

Who processes it

Your submission is delivered to Mind Bureau by email. It may pass through our email delivery provider — a technical vendor used only to transmit the message, which does not use your information for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to them, and no longer than 24 months.

Requesting deletion

To request that we delete your information, email us at hello@mindbureau.ai and we will remove it.

Analytics

This site uses PostHog to see aggregate traffic and behavior — pageviews, clicks and general navigation patterns. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage: the visit identifier lives only in the page's memory for as long as the tab stays open, and is gone the moment you close the tab or reload. Nothing carries over between visits, and we do not attach a name, email or any other identity to it. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, it is honored and you are opted out automatically.

This runs on every page of this site.
